job detailsNational distributor of the newest wireless devices and accessories who focuses on distribution, forward logistics and reverse logistics is hiring for a Parts Inventory Clerk for their warehouse operations located in Hauppauge NY. Candidates with minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an inventory role are encouraged to ! Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including quantities on hand, incoming shipments, and outgoing orders.

Use inventory management software or spreadsheets to update and monitor inventory data.

Receive incoming shipments and compare received items to purchase orders and packing lists

Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Participate in periodic inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies and ensure data integrity.

Enter inventory data into computer systems accurately, including item codes, descriptions, quantities, and locations.

Maintain documentation related to inventory transactions, adjustments, and movements.

Organize and store parts and supplies in designated locations within the warehouse or storage area.

Implement a system for efficient storage and retrieval of parts, ensuring easy access and identification.
