Leasing Consultant Part Time
We are currently seeking a part time Leasing Consultant for our Concord, Ca location. This position is the first impression of our community. This person must be able to establish positive relationships with people they communicate with and convert them from potential customers to actual customers.
Job Duties:
· Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in traffic regarding inquiries on leasing apartments.
· Following up with potential residents and providing the correct information on leasing apartments.
· Touring the prospect and /or providing information on self-guided tours.
· Creating, preparing and posting advertisements daily and assisting with all other marketing activities.
· Preparing units for self-guided tours (decorating, putting out snacks and posting informational signage)
· Collecting and entering necessary information into the property management software.
Administrative duties include but are not limited to: processing leasing applications, collecting, and verifying information necessary to approve an application, lease agreement preparation, scheduling for the move in, collecting deposits and monies for the move in. Filing, walking units and other tasks as assigned by Community Manager.
Skills:
Must have excellent communication and writing skills
Must have good speaking and language skills
Must be organized and have time management skills
Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Must be able to pay attention to details
Must have Sales or Customer service skills
Must have computer skills
Yardi experience a plus
Understanding of fair housing laws
Must be able to pass background check and drug screening

Monday - 10:00 - 6:00
Tuesday - 1:00 - 6:00
Friday - 11:00 - 6:00
Saturday - 10:00 - 6:00
