Retail Butcher and Clerk

J&R Meats is seeking a retail butcher and clerk to serve customers and close the store up to 6 days per week (30 to 40 hrs). Experienced candidates preferred but we can train promising applicants without experience. Please go to store (1121 Rossi Road, Templeton), fill out application and provide resume.

Daily Tasks:

Stock cases to present an abundant, fresh selection of product

Greet and serve customers is a polite and cheerful manner

Take and satisfy customer retail orders promptly and accurately

Maintain organization of shop freezer, coolers and any supplies

Email daily closing information and related paperwork to bookkeeping

Maintain compliance with California and local health codes and regulations

Monitor deposit log and any cash transactions IE: Deposits, Gift cards and payouts
