Leasing Agent

South Florida Management Company seeking Leasing Agent for new Rental Apartment community located in North Miami. Position is in-person at the on-site office for the apartment building. The building is completing construction and expected to open its doors this summer.

Responsibilities:

- Handling calls, rent collection, and providing exceptional customer service

- Warmly greeting current and future residents

- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with the maintenance team

- Conducting apartment showings for prospective tenants

- Assisting with office tasks as necessary

Requirements:

- Prior leasing or property management experience preferred

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in computer usage

- Reliable transportation and punctuality

- Ability to work occasional hours outside the standard schedule

- Must be able to pass local and national background checks

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional work outside those hours.

Pay: $21.26 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses based on new leases signed.
