Trim Carpenter Wanted

Small but growing trim company looking to hire a full time interior trim carpenter. We are located in the springfield/ Nixa area and service the larger Springfield, Republic, Ozark, and battlefield areas. We work with mostly flat but some profiled moldings and various other interior selections such as skirts and caps, flat and split-jam doors and built in closet shelving. The ideal candidate is someone looking to increase their finish carpentry skills while working in a purpose-paced but relaxed environment.

MIN REQs

Reliable personal transport.

Able to keep a steady work pace throughout an eight hour period.

Takes direction well and has an overall good team attitude.

Attention to detail. We are a finish trim company that works within tolerances of ⅛” or less.

Able to maintain personal tools such as various nail and screw guns as well as common hand tools.

Able to operate power tools in a safe and efficient manner.

Preferred

Some experience is preferred but to be honest i'll pick a good attitude and strong work ethic over technical ability any day.

Personal hand tools such as toolbelt, tape, hammer pliers etc are also preferred, we can help with attainment to get you started, but personal investment and ownership in your tools is expected.

Will provide access to larger tools such as compound miter and table saws.

What we offer

$16 - DOE starting.

Weekly paycheck.

Emphasis on training and rapid advancement.

This is a 1099 position.
