Pool Attendant

The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety, cleanliness and presentation of our fitness center, locker rooms, pool area and the pool bar. The Pool Attendant/Bartender is responsible for exceeding the expectations of our members and guests by providing exemplary customer service daily.

Responsibilities

Ensure the order and cleanliness of the pool area, fitness center, and locker rooms.

The attendant will sweep the area each a.m., wipe down patio furniture, and return any patio furniture to the appropriate position/location.

Promptly removing food and beverage waste from pool area.

Opens, maintains, and closes down bar area each day. Ensuring everything is put away and locked up correctly.

Check in and monitoring Member and guest usage.

Collect, wash, and restock used pool towels throughout the day.

Know Members names and greet them promptly in a manner to provide a warm welcome and making them feel at home. Must be able to interact with Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last minute requests as needed.

Responsible for seeing that daily assignments and side work is completed in their respective areas, to meet Club standards.

Assist guests with lounge chairs, umbrellas, beds, and/or cabanas around pool.

Provide responsible food and beverage service to pool guests.

Cleans and neatens bar, all fridges and bar storage areas regularly.

Remove used or full trash liners at least once daily or as needed, replace with clean liners, and maintain the cleanliness of all trash receptacles and adjacent areas.

Responsible for maintaining good conduct and safe working habits while in all areas and assuring others are acting safely.

Move, lift, or carry objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The use of cellphone or electronic devices is strictly prohibited during shift or work hours.
