SELF STORAGE PROPERTY MANAGER

A-1 Self Storage is seeking a Highly Motivated Individual for a Self-Storage Manager Position in Albuquerque, NM.

QUALIFICATIONS

Prior Self-Storage experience not necessary, but is a plus!

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer skills (proficient in Excel, Word, Email, etc.) required.

Must be able to multi-task with the ability to adapt to uneatxpected situations.

Must have own transportation, valid US driver's license, valid car registration, and current car insurance.

High School Diploma required.

Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break, from 12-1.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Full responsibility for the overall operation of facility.

The facility needs a motivated sales-minded individual who can increase occupancy and the revenue of this property.

Ensure the appearance of the property is customer-ready at all times.

Work closely with upper management, striving to exceed all company expectations.

Other duties as assigned.
