Laborer/Helper/Team Lead Fences, Decks, Doors, Etc.

Looking for someone to add to our already solid team. We build fences, decks and replace doors on a weekly basis for Investors. We have been in business for over 17 years. MUST have a clean criminal history, drug free and transportation. We work on tenant occupied homes and is a requirement for our clients. Work is very steady and consistent. We are based out of Matthews/Mint Hill area. Need someone that is motivated, works hard and understands the importance of attention to detail. Our team consist of military veterans, we are also a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Would like to transition this candidate into a team lead working on their own projects in the near future. You do not need a ton of experience if any at all, will train the right person willing to work and learn the trade. Pay will be based on your experience ($15-25 per hr.)
