Project Manager-Bilingual Spanish
Financial Administrative Support at midtown not for profit
Provide financial administrative support to staff and consultants
· Liaise smoothly with Finance Office
· Gather and process expense reports and maintain online report-filing system
· Generate, process and track contracts and invoices for consultants, language services
and other services
· Provide financial support and accounting prior to and following department-
sponsored events
· Generate budget reports from system, quarterly and as needed
Provide primary administrative and communications support to staff
· Attend meetings
· Provide event support (logistics, shipping, arranging group lodging and travel, finance,
registration, etc.)
· Partner with consultants and Communications Office on webinars, e-newsletter and
web updates, as well as print and material resources, including
translation/interpretation, design and order fulfillment
· Generate Formstack surveys and registrations
· Host large-scale Zoom meetings
· Note: Staff book individual travel and lodging; will request assistance with group
events
General Administrative Support
· Schedule, send notifications and set up virtual or physical space for meetings
· Attend meetings as requested and provide timely, accurate notes
· Provide clerical support (send and sort mail, organize and respond to phone
messages, monitor inbox, etc.)
