Kitchen Manager

Guacamole Tacos and Margaritas is a busy Modern Mexican Restaurant in Penfield.

We are looking to hire a natural born LEADER with PASSION for cooking, that can deliver the best experience to our crew and customers.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:

Be able to prep, cook and lead a team in a fast clean environment.

-Maintain fast clean accurate service and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations

-Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures

-Execute company policies and procedures

-Monitor and cook food prep levels.

-Dishes and other general cleaning task.

-Able to lead by example and delegate tasks to the team.

-Lead kitchen crew to work in a team culture

-Mentor and train kitchen crew when need it.

-Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action

-Ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness

-Previous Supervisor/management experience preferred.

-Strong work ethic and reliable.

Tuesday through Saturday

(We close at 9pm)
