Requirements:
2-4 Years Welding in a Steel Fabrication Environment
3-4 Years experience fitting
Must Be at Least 18 Years of Age
Must Be Able to Stand for 8+ Hours a Day, usual day is 9 hours
Ability to Lift 65 lbs.
Knowledge of Proper Equipment, Materials and Supplies used in Steel Construction Work.
Ability to:
Understand, Follow and Transmit Written and Oral Instructions
Understand and Execute Drawings
Adhere to Safe Use of Equipment and Tools
Consistently Meet Dependable Schedule and Attendance
Consistently At Work On-Time
Ability to Work Overtime, Weekly Average 50 Hours
May Include Limited Nights and Weekends
Must Pass Required Pre-Employment Drug Screen
Must be Drug-Free
Must be Marijuana Free
Must have a Valid, Clean Washington State Issued Driver's License
Must Be Able to Work on Teams
Willingness To be A Positive Contributor
Adhere to Safe/Healthy Work Environment Practices.
Adhere to Red Dog Steel Fabrication Policies and Procedures

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $23.00 - $32 Per Hour Based Upon Certification, Skills, and Experience
Schedule:
o Monday Through Friday
o Normal Shop Hours 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
o Possible Swing Shift 4 PM - 12 PM
o 8- and 10- Hour Shifts, Normal is 9
o Required Overtime as Needed, Adjusted to Needs of Business
o Occasional Saturdays
