Customer Service Position (Salem, OR)
Assist existing customers with new and repeat printing orders
Attention to detail and accuracy is required
It is preferred you have previous printing company work experience, however we are willing to train the right applicant
Searching for a team player who values communication and a desire to learn and advance
Primary responsibilities include:
Answering phones and email.
Order entry and workflow management.
Data entry, invoicing.
Microsoft office products,
Print Smith work flow job management software
Detail oriented.
