Location: Latrobe, Pennsylvania

Schedule: Training will be completed on 1st shift, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, then transition to either, Monday Friday, 4:00 PM 12:30 AM, or Sunday Friday, 12:00 AM 8:30 AM

Responsibilities and Duties:

Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and assure all shop safety mies are being followed and housekeeping standards arc met.

Coordinates daily production floor functions to insure continued efficient operation of the production equipment, personnel utilization, while maintaining product quality.

Cooperates with Supervisors on all shifts to provide efficient turnover of operations from one shift to another and communicates with all shift personnel on a daily basis,

Responsible for implementation of Company policy and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

Complete all job related reports and documentation in a timely manner such as production reports, machine setups. process data, etc.

Communicate daily with the General Foreman and Plant Manager

Responsibilities also include process setup, including mold setup, press setup, auxiliary equipment setup and all other requirements to bring a job into production. Also, process adjustments, molding techniques. molding machine operation, auxiliary equipment operations, monitoring of cycle time and keeping scrap rates to a minimum.

Directs employees from other departments as required and cooperates with other departments to insure that product quality meets customer's expectations.

Performs daily machine, mold and auxiliary equipment preventative maintenance, light maintenance on equipment.

Performs related work as required.

Qualifications, Experience and Requirements:

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent

1 year minimum supervisory experience

2 year minimum plastics injection molding experience

General computer knowledge

Able to follow verbal and written instructions

Able to work with minimal supervision

Must be available to work mandatory overtime on weekends

Must be willing to work voluntary overtime occasionally

Must be willing to come in early and/or stay over to support vacation/call-off coverage

Available to work any shift: 12-8:30, 8-4:30,4-12:30.

Must be available for training on 8-4:30 shift.

Able to lift 50 pounds.
