Rare Society Steakhouse seeking Sous Chef

Rare Society is a new steakhouse opened in the past year apart of Trust Restaurant Group. The group is a growing restaurant group that focuses on passion and professionalism in our hospitality industry. We thrive in excellence and providing the guest a full package leaving happy. This sous chef roll is a night and weekend position while working the line and managing the team + food quality leaving the kitchen. If you have been a line cook for a number of years and looking for the next step this is the perfect position for you. We are offering an opportunity to grow with us and experience new and unique ways to work at a steakhouse, from butchery, to sauce making, pastry production to bread service. Then everything in between, with the ability to grow into whatever your desires are in this industry.

Experience-

-Ideally 5 years as a high level line cook

-Must have steak cookery experience

-Ideally Bi Lingual

-Benefits you if there is open fire wood cookery experience.
