Tile and Stone Sale Rep based out of Agoura Showroom

Buena Tile and Stone is looking for a new inside/outside sales rep to join our growing team. This is a new, full-tile position based out of our Agoura Showroom. Salary is DOE with a healthy base, bonuses, benefits, PTO, and, 401k match. We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for interior design and can assist our retail and trade customers both inside and outside of the showroom with their orders.

The ideal candidate will have:

2-5 years of retail sales, luxury, interior design or customer service experience. Tile and Stone and interior design sales is a major plus.

An outgoing, positive attitude.

Excellent professional written English communication skills.

Solid Excel skills.

An understanding of design and color and willingness to learn our product offerings.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
