OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR AUTO COLLISION FACILITY

Looking for a full-time office assistant with experience working at an auto body shop.

8:30 am-5pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

-Greet customers and assist them with making claims with insurance company

-Communicate effectively and politely with all customers

-Answer high volume of calls and provide answers

-Use computer and office equipment as needed to perform a variety of tasks including emailing and filing

-Keep records of part received and file accordingly

-Must be comfortable working in an automotive repair shop environment

-Light cleaning of office and bathroom

-Maintain business casual attire and be well groomed

-Must have transportation to work

-Must be punctual and professional

REQUIREMENTS

-MUST HAVE SHOP EXPERIENCE

-Must have knowledge with dealing with/ making claims with insurance companies

-Bilingual (English/ Spanish

-Customer service driven

-Willing to ask questions and learn

-Comfortable working in fast paced environment with ability to multi-task and follow directions

-Computer literate (email, photos, handle claims online)

-Very organized and complete tasks assigned

-Able to work 8:30am to 5pm Monday thru Friday

-Must have knowledge with dealing with/ making claims with insurance companies
