Seeking Carpenter, furniture maker, or cabinetmaker. Pay is $48 per hour. You will receive a 1099 tax form at year end. You will be expected to pay taxes on your earnings.

Job hours are 1PM to 7PM. After you can work on your own, you can come earlier and longer hours. A highly skilled carpenter or cabinetmaker may have 300 hours of work.

The house is close to the Waikiki-Kapahulu library, the zoo, and the Kapahulu Rainbow Drive Inn.

You must be willing to do a background check. I will pay for the background check. If I call you, I will ask to see your i.d. and ask for references.

Do not send your i.d. card in your first response. First, I will provide you references of people that have worked for me to show you that I am genuine. I will not do anything malicious with your personal information. You can ask my references if I would do anything like that.

This home has one elderly person that is immune-compromised (non-contagious) and at high risk to viruses. The ideal person must have low contact exposure to other people.
