Cruz Blanca Brand Ambassador

BREWERY BRAND AMBASSADOR

Cruz Blanca Brewery is looking for a Brand Ambassador to join its marketing team. This is a part time position for executing local tasing events, fests, and promotions at accounts in the Greater Chicago area. This is your opportunity to join our growing team and help build the Cruz Blanca brand.

Responsibilities:

Provide sampling and demos at Off-Premise Accounts (liquor stores, grocery stores, etc.) to drive sales in local markets.

Support the team at promotional events at On-Premise Accounts (bars, restaurants, etc.)

Utilize and maintain all required equipment for festivals (set up and breakdown of jockey box and kegs)

Submit event recaps to Cruz Blanca Brewery management

Provide excellent customer service and education on Cruz Blanca beers

Participate in educational meetings as needed

Engage customers through social media outlets as required, adhering to legal compliance and internal policies

Understand and maintain legal compliance when serving and selling our beers

Availability to work flexible hours, up to 15-20 hours/week, including nights and weekends; available during peak seasons

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience required

Ability to primarily work evenings and weekend hours

Strong communication skills, exceptional customer service skills and abilities

Must be 21 years of age or older

A valid driver’s license, own a reliable car, and be willing to travel

Able to lift 50 pounds and use a dolly to maneuver 160-pound keg

General knowledge of beer industry

Maintain a professional image
