Maintenance Technician needed for 250+ unit community

A detail- oriented maintenance technician is needed for an older mid size apartment community with its own unique set of challenges. Must be able to put your head down and get the job done right the first time. Being proficient in plumbing, drywall, electrical and HVAC is a must. The right candidate must be professional in appearance and attitude, as well as a contributor of new ideas and ways to streamline processes.
