Real Estate Analyst/Acquisition Associate

We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst/Acquisition associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate acquisitions, development, finance, or a related field, as well as strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and perform financial analysis to identify potential sites for new marihuana locations.

Collect and analyze market/economic data to develop strategies for property purchases.

Maintain and update reports for database.

Assist in the negotiation and acquisition of new properties.

Research industry trends and make recommendations for new opportunities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field.

Must have some commercial real estate experience.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of real estate and understanding of municipality ordinances.

Experience with market research and demographic analysis.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.

Effective interpersonal skills which enable working with others to elicit information, to think creatively, and to work independently.

Strong work ethic and initiative; desire to work in an entrepreneurial, team-based environment.

Professional oral and written skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary/Compensation:

Base pay $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 DOE + bonus/co
