Bogart's is looking for a daytime Bowl Desk Attendant

Bogart's Entertainment Center is the premier entertainment center in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Our Center offers full-service bar & grill, bowling, a live entertainment club and beach volleyball.

Bogart’s is looking for a bowl desk attendant to work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Bowl Desk attendants must have the ability to bring the ‘fun’ aspect to all of our guests’ experience. It is their personality that creates the best guest experience. They must have a keen ability to not only read the guest, but to deliver on their expectations while keeping in line with our mission to connect our community, our guests and our team by providing a unique and extraordinary entertainment experience for everyone. Some of the daily responsibilities are:

1. Provides services to customers on a regular basis to include distributing lanes and shoes,

including renting lockers.

2. Report to the manager relating to the billiard room and video games, providing change for video

games and assisting with any related problems.

3. Operates cash register and computer on a daily basis to include providing proper change to

customers.

4. Operates all cash register, and computer including credit card charge machines in an efficient

manner.

5. Prepares league money envelopes and recap sheets for leagues on a regular basis.

6. Turns lanes on for bowlers and makes announcements daily.

7. Assists bowlers and leagues with any problems upon request.

It is preferable to have previous experience, but not required. Our training program will set every team member up to be successful from the start.
