Our company was established in the 1990s, and has become a well-known brand in the industry over the past 20 years. We specialize in OEM original supplies. Our domestic customers include major retail chains, governments, companies from various industries, universities etc. We are positioning ourselves for a major growth phase to capitalize on our past success. Job Overview:

The Admin. Assistant will assist our daily operations for customer phone calls and emails regarding order statuses, invoice requests, and return requests, handling issues with carriers and effectively utilizing existing systems and programs to allow for smooth day-to-day process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

· Utilizing company internal software to perform daily operations

· Being able to accurately match up information from documents to database

· Answering all emails in a timely fashion

· Customer Feedback

· Filing claims with carriers

· Market Research

· Develop product knowledge to provide support as needed

Qualifications

· Must be a team player

· Establish goals and works toward achievement

· Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

· Maintain High level of accuracy, detail orientation and organization skills

· Be able to interpret and apply company policies and procedures

· Be able to be flexible and manage multiple tasks efficiently

· Maintain clear, concise written, verbal and presentation skills – be able to not just analyze but also tell the story behind the numbers

· Must be available to start working right away

· Must speak and write FLUENT English

Preferred Skills:

· Previous experience in E-Commerce

· Previous Office environment experience

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits: Health insurance, Paid time off, Paid Vacation

Schedule: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
