Client Concierge at Arcana Boudoir

Are you a people person with a passion for client service and sales? Arcana Boudoir, a bustling boudoir studio, is seeking a Client Concierge to join our team!

Position: Client Concierge

Schedule: 2 days a week to start

Compensation: $20 per hour, with room to grow

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner

- Manage client bookings and inquiries

- Booking clients over phone and helping them navigate through the process

- Provide excellent customer service at all times

- Utilize sales techniques to promote studio services and products

- Maintain client records and information accurately

Requirements:

- Previous sales experience is required

- Familiarity with client management software, specifically Dubsado, is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Friendly and customer-oriented
