Coordinate with the institutional review board (IRB) to submit project proposals and ongoing required documentation.
Essential Functions
Coordinate with the institutional review board (IRB) to submit project proposals and ongoing required documentation to ensure study compliance.
Manage study documents, both paper and electronic, to maintain project organization and HIPPA compliance.
Support recruitment and coordination of research subjects within the Center for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs, Behavioral health, population health and for study related activities.
Support data collection efforts.
Execute data analysis.
Conduct literature reviews on study topics as needed.
Assist in manuscript preparation and submission on relevant projects.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Post-graduate Academic and/or work experience related to the field of research, as defined by the supervisor/lead researcher. Experience with specialized software or datasets, as required by the supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree
Experience with the institutional review board (IRB).
Experience with RedCap data management software.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
Strong writing skill.
Skills in data presentation and analytics
Ability to cultivate and sustain relationships.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy; self-motivated
Sensitivity to unique/non-traditional life circumstances
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong customer service focus
Knowledge of HIPPA.
Previous experience working in a fast paced health care environment.
Physical Requirements
Typically sitting at a desk/table.

Additional Information
This position is classified as Non Exempt, grade G. Compensation for this grade ranges from $15.58 to 23.37 per hour. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
