By harnessing the power of Generative AI, we will meet customer needs in ways previously unimagined, and offer real-time, customized content and visualizations, elevating personalization to unprecedented levels.As a Senior Product Manager - Technical, you will lead the strategic development and execution of our Generative AI-driven personalization. This pivotal role involves steering the vision and technical strategy to understand customer mission and preferences and display content which will best answer customer need.You are:

A forward-thinking product manager with a robust technical background and hands-on understanding of AI/ML capabilities, and user experience technologies.

An adept leader and collaborator, capable of inspiring cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Resourceful and innovative, with a track record of translating complex technologies into impactful customer experiences.

Passionate about creating a significant, positive change in the online shopping experience, with the agility to navigate the challenges of pioneering new solutions.

Key job responsibilities

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for implementing personalization in product information /image display.

Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and scientists to develop and deploy dynamic content generation features, such as personalized product summaries, visualization and recommendations.

Lead efforts to build metrics of quality and accuracy of mission/preference understanding and Generative AI content, ensuring reliability and customer trust.

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market.
