Aircraft Stores (Parts) Clerk

The Stores Clerk is a hands-on, working team member responsible for the day-to-day operations of stock levels.

Essential Functions:

Facilitates the inventory and maintenance of supplies, tools, equipment, and stock.

Performs all shipping and receiving duties.

Assists in the loading/unloading of shipments.

Stock material in proper location(s) for further distribution.

Performs inventory look up and track parts for speedy issuance.

Keeps warehouse clean, secure and well organized daily.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.

Aviation Materials and Inventory experience.

Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License and a record that meets Company's Insurance Standards.

Must be able to obtain a SIDA badge for Airport and Ramp Access.

Intermediate to Advanced Forklift Experience is necessary.

Must have a positive attitude.

Must pass a background check which includes a pre-employment drug test, finger printing and criminal history.

Must be well groomed and maintain a professional appearance.

Regular attendance and punctuality are required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to use technical manuals, good mechanical aptitude and solve problems effectively.

Computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Office Programs.

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Team Player with a strong work ethic.

Work Environment:

Office/ Stockroom

Work shifts may vary-must be able to work swing, nights, weekends and holidays.

Physical Effort and Travel Requirement:

Heavy physical activity is required by handling objects up to 70lbs occasionally and/or up to 50lbs frequently.

Travel will be required.
