REAL ESTATE MAINTENANCE TECH

We are seeking a RELIABLE Maintenance Technician for Property Management repairs. Most properties are located in Boulder with some possible travel to Longmont and Louisville.

Main office is located at 23rd and Arapahoe in Boulder.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Need consistent transportation with valid driver's license

- Prefer to live local to Boulder

- Have your own tools

- Knowledge of general repairs such as plumbing, general contracting and other basic household maintenance

- 1099 Independent Contractor position

- Background Check may be completed

- Ability to complete jobs correctly and independently at times
