Workers' Comp Attorney/ Hearing Rep

We are a fast paced Workers' Compensation/Personal Injury applicant firm based in Orange County. We are looking for someone with experience in Workers' Compensation, but we are willing to train the right person. This person must be someone who is independent, a self-starter and detail oriented with a solid work ethic.

The position will require the attorney/hearing rep to formulate demands and settle cases, appear in Court, prepare and argue motions, trial preparation and trial, and other related litigation tasks. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients, attorneys and staff.
