FT Handyman/Maintenance Wanted for Office Buildings

Maintenance person needed for handling a multitude of everyday maintenance and repair tasks for office buildings.

We are looking for a handy person experienced in plumbing, electrical, sheetrock etc. This person needs to be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and respond quickly to service requests. The position primarily handles day-to-day duties yet should be capable of handling any unforeseen workload such as assisting outside contractors with site access and information.

No tools or vehicle are required. The hours are 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday.

Salary is negotiable depending on the level of experience.
