As a remote CSR, you will have the flexibility to set your own hours and work with multiple companies simultaneously, including Home Depot and ModiCare. This position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

Providing product information, troubleshooting, and assistance with orders or account management.

Handling customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold service quality standards.

Requirements:

Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace at home.

Must be available to attend training sessions starting April 22, 2024, and commence earnings on May 8, 2024.
