Position Overview:

As the Front Desk Associate, you are the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our practice's ethos of hospitality and professionalism. Your primary duties include welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring the front desk operates smoothly. This role is crucial in upholding our reputation for exceptional service and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with warmth, offering a welcoming and personalized experience.

Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and confirmations to ensure accuracy.

Respond to phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.

Assist with patient paperwork and administrative tasks as needed.

Escort patients to their examination rooms.

Ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out.

Support clinical staff.

Oversee and maintain the physician's schedule.

Cross-train with other staff members and provide support as necessary.

Ensure patient records and confidentiality are maintained in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English, capable of effectively interacting with a diverse clientele.

Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems; experience with Nextech is advantageous.

Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest service excellence standards.

Previous knowledge of plastic surgery procedures and terminology is beneficial but not mandatory.
