Oilfield job-Cable Tool operator wanted to clean wells

Looking for an operator to bail fill in some shallow wells. The Cable tool rig is provided. It's an old fashioned small drilling rig that drills on one line and then has a sand bailer on the other line. Must have experience in Oilfield and how a cable tool works.
