General Description:
The Field Manager is responsible for the Day Porter division within the company and reports to the General Manager. The Field Manager ensures crews are scheduled, trained, and equipped to provide services to dozens of facilities per day and will ensure quality standards are met. These services include Day Time Janitorial, pressure washing, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning. The Field Manager will spend the majority of the day in the field, working independently or alongside the team. This is a full-time position with available hours required between 7:30am and 4:30pm.
Primary Job Functions:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Day Time Janitorial team
Lead daily huddle at the shop with Day Time Janitorial team
Develop and issue daily crew schedules with optimized routes
Conduct spot checks to ensure quality standards are met
Train team members to provide quality service
Manage personnel issues within the Day Time Janitorial team
Responsible for the upkeep and good order of company vehicles
Ensure all work equipment is properly maintained and accounted for and repair equipment as needed
Provide regular updates to the General Manager on status of accounts, team members, and equipment
Requirements:
Driver’s license
Team management experience
Organizational skills and demonstrated time management skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Bilingual - MUST BE FULLY FLUENT IN ENGLISH & SPANISH
Compensation:
$24 - $28 per hour (depending on experience)
