Entry Level Hydronic Heating Installer

We have an entry level opening for a hydronic heating installer helper. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn an exciting trade. There is lots of upward mobility in a fun industry. Long term potential with good benefits. Starting pay is $20/hr. Looking for an energetic, self-motivated, mechanically minded individual who wants to work hard and learn the trade.

Position Requirements:

Applicant must have good mechanical abilities

Good communication skills

Good attitude and able to work with other team members to help accomplish our goals

Must have excellent work ethic and be self-motivated

HVAC background and/or electrical basic knowledge is helpful but not mandatory

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to lift 50-75lbs

Able to crawl in tight spaces and work on ladders safely

Operate power & hand tools safely

Observe all company policies, procedures and safety requirements

Verifiable work references
