Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a minimum of 3 years in the construction industry.

- Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work.

- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.

- Skilled in measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling various types of wood and other construction materials.

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality workmanship.

- Excellent problem-solving skills to address construction-related challenges and find effective solutions.

- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting, bending, and operating power tools.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and clients effectively.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites required.
