Hiring Cleaners

At Cool Aunt Cleaners, we understand the positive impact a clean space has on our client’s lives. We are a reputable cleaning company dedicated to providing top-notch cleaning solutions to our valued clients. From homes and offices to commercial spaces, we take care of it all, and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities:

-Perform cleaning tasks according to the provided schedule and guidelines.

-Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors.

-Dust and wipe down surfaces, including countertops, desks, and furniture.

-Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.

-Empty trash and replace garbage bags.-Perform deep cleaning tasks on a rotating basis.

-Report any maintenance or repair needs.

-Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

-Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

-Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

-Reliable and punctual.

-Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.

-Physically able to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.

-Excellent communication skills.

-Ability to conduct business professionally.

-Must have a positive attitude and be customer focused.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Performance based. Hourly during training and then moved to commission pay after training.

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed.
