Supervise and manage a team of Clinical Launch Product Specialists, providing guidance, mentorship and support.

Foster a collaborative and high preforming team environment.

Clinical Expertise:

Maintain a deep understanding of Mako robotic platform and applications.

Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and resource for both your team and external stakeholders.

Training and Education:

Act as a resource for Clinical Launch Product Specialists, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide education and training to healthcare professionals and cross functional teams.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance training materials and methodologies. 

Product Integration:

Collaborate with hospital administrators and surgical teams to plan and execute the seamless integration of Mako robotic technology into their surgical programs

Data Analysis:

Collect and analyze data related to system utilization, surgical outcomes, and user feedback.

Utilize data insights to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced patient care.

Track and report launch metrics.

Track and report on team metrics and activity.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including surgeons and hospital administrators. 

Act as a liaison between Stryker and healthcare facilities, addressing their needs and concerns. 

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Ensure that all clinical practices related to Mako robotics comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.

Assist in maintaining product integrity and safety.

Qualifications & Work Experience:

Minimum 8 years of work experience required, including 5 or more years in healthcare.  

Minimum 5 years of experience with MAKO robotic applications. 

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Clinical Launch Product Specialist or Mako Manager

Previous experience in managing a team is desirable.

Ability to coach, train and aide in development of team.

Strong knowledge of orthopedic surgery and robotic- assisted surgical technology and applications is required. 

Excellent interpersonal skills and persuasive communication skills. 

Ability to train and empower others with responsibilities.  

Ability to travel extensively to support product launches and customer engagement. 

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure. 

Ability to conduct launch presentations and quarterly business reviews with customers.

Success in diagnosing and reviving underperforming robotic accounts.

Success in introducing new technologies to the market is a plus. 

$107,800.00 - $177,800.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.About StrykerOur benefits:
