Bookkeeper

Description Robert Half is recruiting an accomplished Bookkeeper with accounting experience to join a company in the CPA Firm - Other industry. This Bookkeeper position would be a great fit for someone with prior A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting experience. Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information

Sustain collections of historical records by organizing documents

Balance accounts by reconciling entries

Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions

Review payments received and record deposits

Oversee and manage general ledger

Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping Requirements - Sage 50 experience desired

Expertise in account reconciliation

Deep understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred

Prior experience using accounting software

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
