Weber Water Resources is seeking to fill the full-time position(s) of Helper/Pump Rig Hand

Crossroads are Rubidoux Blvd & Avalon St

Pump Rig Helper Job Requirements and Benefits:

Must be over 18 years old.

Candidate must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., bend and move safely around

heavy equipment throughout the day.

Driver's Licensed with clean driving record.

Must be able to work well in a result driven teamwork environment.

Occasional out of town travel is required (Per Diem/ Hotel Costs covered by Weber)

Plenty of Overtime opportunities

Ability to move up with in the company quickly.

All PPE /Training/ and Tools will be provided.

Pass preemployment and random drug tests.

Health Insurance: You will be eligible to join the Weber Water Resources, LLC

Health Plan on the first month after 60 days of continuous employment. 100% of the

premium is covered for the employee.

Paid Time Off (PTO): PTO begins accruing on your start date and in accordance with

company policy.

Sick Time: Full-Time employees during your first and second year of employment

are granted forty sick hours upon hire. (Upon 90 days)

Holidays: You will be eligible for 7 paid holidays. (Upon 90 days)
