Job description

Pinnacles Recreation Company operates the campground at Pinnacles National Park. We are looking for friendly, helpful, team oriented employees who like to work in a beautiful and interesting environment and meet campers from around the world. You will be working weekends and assisting us in keeping the campground clean and organized. Daily duties include cleaning our tent cabins and restrooms. Other duties will be necessary from time to time.

Please do not apply unless you are available to work weekends. More shifts are available in addition to weekends, if desired. We are looking to hire one full time employee.

Description

Housekeeping is responsible for the day to day cleanliness of the restrooms and tent cabins. You may also be asked to help with all round duties including assisting the maintenance manager with other cleaning and maintenance tasks as well as helping out in the store.

Responsibilities

The job description is not intended to be inclusive of all duties an individual in the position might be asked to perform or of all the qualifications that may be required. We will provide comprehensive training upon hiring.

· Daily cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms and showers.

· Daily cleaning and sanitizing of tent cabins.

· Helping stock the store.

· Help in emergency situations and help troubleshoot any problems.

· Help cleaning campsites, store, and other areas, as necessary.

· Other Duties, as necessary.

Job Qualifications

· Ability to work with others and represent the company in a positive manner.

· Ability to work with visitors from diverse backgrounds and provide quality customer service.

· Ability to communicate well with others. Must possess strong conflict resolution skills.

· Possess ability to multi-task, work independently, trouble shoot and prioritize.

· Ability to follow safe working habits always.

· Ability to perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.

· Be punctual, honest, trustworthy and possess good judgment

· Support all company policies and procedures.

· Ability to work well with and communicate with visitors.

Pinnacles Campground is located at the East Side of Pinnacles National Park in Paicines, CA., Please make sure you know where this is before applying. Its 30 minutes from King City and 30 minutes from Hollister, CA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
