Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
Communication:
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Respond to emails and other forms of communication in a timely fashion.
Relay important information to relevant hotel staff and management.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle cash and process payments accurately.
This is a great position for someone who is looking for work between 10pm to 6am timeframes.
