House Finder - Driving (Walking) for Dollars (No Selling)

I'm looking for run-down looking houses in SW Florida, and I will pay you to find them. Your job is to find houses that meet the following criteria (very easy for you to do in the neighborhoods I will assign):

Examples of houses that you would look for:

Visually in bad shape

Stuffed-full mailbox

Broken or boarded up windows

Tarp on the roof or falling-off gutters

Old / Damaged Roof

Tall grass

Window Unit Air Conditioners

I'll give you a specific neighborhood to drive. I'll pay you $1.50 per post-it note. The average most people do is 15 to 20 post-it notes per hour ($22 to $30 per hour)

You may work any time on your own schedule. Looking for someone who wants Part Time.

You can walk or drive neighborhoods. You must have a cell phone and be able to download my app and take pictures. The app will track you via GPS so I can confirm your hours and keep track of the houses you find. You will be required to put a Post-it Note on the front of the house and take a picture to confirm each house to get paid. I will provide you with pre-written post-it note so you do not need to write anything.
