Professional painter with experience in residential, commercial and roof painting/coating. All 2 story or less. All interior painting in unoccupied apartments. All exterior painting on 1 story buildings.

Basic elastomeric and silicone brush and roll roof coating.

All painting done with brush/roller.

Must have -

10+ years experience

Basic tools and equipment

Work vehicle

Must be able to work alone and get things done properly and professionally. Pay depends directly on performance. $200 - $300 daily.
