Busy Property Management Company with homes all over the Las Vegas valley needs a Maintenance Tech for turns.

Requirements:

- Must own a vehicle

- Must have a valid Drivers License and clean driving record

- 1-2 years experience preferred

- Ability to pass Background and Drug test

- Own tools

Job Description:

- General Maintenance Knowledge

- Changing out garbage disposals

- plunging toilets / snaking drains

- moving/installing appliances

- repairing sliding glass doors

- painting / patching drywall / texture

- minor electrical and plumbing experience is helpful

- framing repairs

- stucco patching

- some concrete experience is helpful
