Executive Chef - JGroup Hospitality
JGroup Hospitality is looking for a creative and skilled Executive Chefs to join our team! We are a group of independent, fast paced, high quality restaurants located in the Southern New Hampshire area. Our ideal candidate has a passion for cooking and uses their leadership to enforce quality food production.
Starting Salary: $65,000 per year
Job Duties Include:
- Development of menus
- Ability to develop unique recipes
- Current knowledge of trends in the restaurant industry
- Comfortable training, directing and supervising kitchen staff
- Exceptional leadership skills, including motivation and goal-setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organization
- Monitor inventory of food and supplies to ensure we are meeting costing goals in all areas
- Assist in conducting monthly inventories
- Keeping store rooms and refrigerator and freezer organized
- Assist in ordering and receiving necessary food products, beverages and supplies
- Ensures on a daily basis that the kitchen is staffed appropriately, the kitchen is clean, inventory levels are appropriate and equipment is working properly
- Performs other duties as directed.
This is a full time job. Nights and weekends are a must!
