HCS Looking for Construction Workers

Harwood Construction Solutions is seeking individuals with experience in residential and/or commercial building construction. Pay is depending on experience but may range from $14/hr up to $25/hr.

Applicants should have basic hand and power tools for use, reliable transportation, show up on time, work full days, maintain professional conduct/appearance, stay off the phones, and be diligently working while maintaining great quality. We do not need anyone that is going to be showing up late consistently and not working hard.

Another component is the individual needs to maintain high standards of quality and professionalism especially when working within a clients space. We have been given so many projects and referrals due to quality, professionalism, and communication standards that we display to our clients.

In addition, HCS self-performs primarily residential work with some minor commercial ranging from demolition projects, kitchen/bath remodels, new additions, porches/decks, and new custom home builds. We will pretty much pursue any project whether it's simply replacing a door, a stucco patch, a drywall patch, and upwards to new home construction and small commercial construction projects.

Because we self perform so many different trades, candidates MUST HAVE have experience with multiple trades as we are a contractor that self-performs many scopes of trade work. Trades including concrete, wood framing (metal stud a plus), drywall, tape / texture, painting, finish carpentry, flooring, tiling, roofing, proper sequence of bathroom shower and kitchen remodels. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work is a plus.

Also, I have high expectations that whoever I decide to hire is trustworthy, honest, well spoken/presentable, reliable, and works hard. Anyone that has a bad attitude, substance abuse issues, bad quality, misses work unexecused, causes problems with coworkers or clients will be fired immediately.
