FULL OFFICE ASSISTANT
- Answer phones.
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable knowledge.
- Have great customer service skills.
- Must be able to speak with insurance companies and customers to book appointments.
- Data entry skills.
- Invoicing/Copying/Scanning/Faxing/Multitasking, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and Outlook.
Candidate must have at least 2 yrs experience.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9:30 - 5:30
