We are a growing Real Estate Law Firm seeking to add to our team. Our team is composed of dedicated, loyal, hard-working members that focus on delivering best in class customer service while maintaining exceptionally high standards of quality. We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal with a positive attitude, looking to grow with us long term.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Communicate with Realtors, Lenders and Asset Management Companies;

Prepare HUD Settlement Statements and CD’s;

Perform Title Curing functions;

Perform all tasks necessary to ready a file to Close (payoffs, final bills, title work packages to Lender);

Communicate timely with Clients via integrated portals throughout the process;

Ensure Confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

2+ Years Relevant Experience

Excellent Time Management Skills

Team Player

Multi Tasker

Reliable

Customer Service background

Attention to Detail a MUST

Working Knowledge of E-Closing is helpful
