Medical Receptionist office Assistant

experienced in navigating Quickbooks, Word, Microsoft/Google email & Telehealth platforms
experience in medical reception/medical office experience with customer service and sales
CNA experience a plus
high school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
answering phones & emails while maintaining a polite, consistent manner
facilitating timely communication with doctor, and between doctor & patients
using proper telephone etiquette & message documentation while respectfully handing sensitive information with HIPPA compliancy
scheduling & rescheduling appointments while ensuring balanced schedule & office flow for doctor
welcoming presentation while checking patients in & out, and fulfilling precise supplement order
generating & processing transactions, billings, collections, & reconciling daily deposits via Quickbooks
assisting in keeping office, reception, all treatment rooms & facilities orderly, clean & sanitary
assessing & ordering office supplies and medical & product inventory
summary – providing exceptional customer service while assisting in all manner of office flow & function
