We are Wholesales business over 20+ years.

We are seeking a take-charge, energetic, and self-motivated order desk representative.

The ideal candidate must be a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a great can-do attitude that can come in and hit the ground running. Excellent verbal, written, and communications skills are a must.

As the customer representative your responsibilities will consist but not limited to:

Greet Customers. Answer phones, multi-line.

Provide Customers with Product Info, Prices & Stock Checks.

Enter and Process Order Requests Via Phone, Fax and or email.

Shipping & Freight - Scheduling shipping and fright deliveries with Fed-Ex, UPS and various freight companies.

Perform filing invoices /statements.

Management past due accounts

Prepare invoices and account statements to mail out to customers.

Handle and accomplish tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Must have a reliable transportation.

Must be a reliable and punctual individual.

Bilingual English/Spanish must.

Experience in Microsoft Office
